About Jeff

Jeff Naples is headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa – home to blue skies, a burgeoning metropolitan, and a growing population of community-focused individuals. With respect for the paragons of the hospitality industry and an intuitive eye towards far-out trends, Jeff creates exciting cocktails, ebullient atmospheres, and original experiences in unlikely places. His passion for mixology and gastronomy shows in cocktail menus that tell a story and take customers out of their comfort zone to try unique and inviting pairings of artisanal spirits.

After traveling widely and helping open establishments from Iowa’s prairies to California’s coasts, Jeff returned home to Des Moines to get back to the land and find new ways of growing farm fresh produce and incorporating it into an industry that is being overhauled by localism.

Jeff’s philosophy around creating drinks is deeply rooted in working with farmers and producers, honoring sustainability initiatives, and discovering innovative methods to bring out exceptional flavors (i.e., culinary cocktails).
